It all started...

In 2008 my wife and I opened up a tiny BBQ joint in North Carolina in a town called Fort Mill.  That establishment had one large smoker and stack of wood out back and four tables for dining.  All our BBQ was derived from family recipes and techniques that had been past down from my grandfather, to my father, to me. This style of Carolina BBQ is very true the the traditional methods of what Carolina BBQ is known for. From the process, sauces, to the final flavor there's no mistaking the origin of BBQ swagger.  During our time in Fort Mill we smoked 20,000 racks of ribs. 

Moving to Arizona...

In 2015 we packed up and migrated to the beautiful desert in the sun: Tempe, Arizona. We are now known as 'Carolina BBQ in the Desert'. Family owned and operated food truck with a catering suite of services. You'll be sure to be asking for seconds of our smokey tasty brisket and ribs -- don't forget about the sides!
